To set call forwarding to your extension, dial *72 followed by the number (must be 10 or 11 digit numbers) you are forwarding to. Wait a few seconds until you hear the system say “call forwarding”.

– To cancel call forwarding, dial *73, and wait 3 seconds for the verbal confirmation “call forward cancelled.”
