This can happen when as extension/extensions that you are having trouble with are not registering to our server. There are two things that need to be done normally to correct this.

Step 1Power cycle the affected phone/phones.
This means to unplug them making sure they are powered down for about 10 seconds and then plug them back in. Once they have completed the boot process test to see if they are working normally again. If this does not work than go to step 2.

Step 2Power cycle your router/modem.
To do this first make sure that no one is on the phone or internet as this will temporarily disconnect them. Then go to the router/modem and pull the power from the back of the device, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Once it is back up and running test to see if they are working correctly.

If you still have a problem after following the above steps, please give us a call at 650-692-2001×611 and we will further diagnose the problem.
