Troubleshooting:
If your phone is not receiving calls or displays a ‘No Service’ message, it is likely that the extension or extensions you are experiencing issues with are not registering to our server.
Step 1: Power cycle the affected phone/phones.
This means to unplug them making sure they are powered down for about 10 seconds and then plug them back in. Once they have completed the boot process test to see if they are working normally again. If this does not work than go to step 2.
Step 2: Power cycle your router/modem.
To do this first make sure that no one is on the phone or internet as this will temporarily disconnect them. Then go to the router/modem and pull the power from the back of the device, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Once it is back up and running test to see if they are working correctly.
