To listen to your messages remotely:

1. Call yourself (main number and then your extension) and press * when you hear your own voicemail greeting.
2. You will hear Allison (the lady that does our system prompt voice-overs) say “Mailbox” – enter your mailbox number (same as your “long” 7 digit extension number) then press #.
3. Then she will say “Password” – enter your password then press #.
4. Allison will then say:  “You have x messages”
