Langineers has been a great help over the years dealing with the dynamics of our changing employee roster. They’ve helped us through some tricky set ups and accommodated our every need through the process. My company has gone through many changes in 27 years of being in business and Langineers has helped us go from a large office down to a small crew. Excellent service and support. I recommend them highly.
August 29, 2019I have no idea why this company doesn't have all 5 stars!!! They have the most responsive customer service of any of our service providers. They respond to email/text and phone calls at all hours and show up in person whenever necessary. Lonnie helps develop the most creative solutions to communication issues, often suggesting ideas I didn't know existed. The technical support staff is extremely competent and professional, and have insatiable patience in dealing with some of us less-techy folk. I have nothing but enthusiastic praise for this whole operation. I am so grateful we have them on our growing team! THANKS LANGINEERS!!!!

I have used Langineers for wholesale services in the Bay area for over 7 years now, service has been good but their technical support is great. The head guy at Langineers is named Lonnie, and he's a super smart networking guy who has fixed a major problem for me on two separate occasions, even though it was unrelated to their service. Highly recommended because of their stellar support.
August 29, 2016Langineers, Is a great phone company. We love how there support team is able to help at a moments notice. If one of our headsets break, they come right away to give us a new one. I would highly recommend them. Lonnie has competitive prices, for a feature filled phone system. I count them as part of our success team.
August 23, 2022Great team work - all in good communication with each other and that reflects in their work with the customers. They have always been clear in what technology is available and how they can assist. When questions have come up, they are available to answer and very helpful. They've never made me or my staff feel like they are asking a dumb questions, as happens sometimes with technical companies. Have enjoyed working with them - and having them support our business for the last 3 years.

Langineers offers excellent customer service. We had them come out to set up our new telephone system in the office which allows us to make local and international calls. The service was fantastic and conducted in a professional and timely manner. Langineers has continued to help us during the pandemic by modifying our calling services as needed to allow us to continue our day to day operations. A big THANK YOU to Lonnie, David & Albert as well as the rest of the Langineers team. Definitely recommend!

August 29, 2019Langineers has excellent customer support and a completely customizable phone system. When COVID first shut down all of the businesses we were worried about missing our phone calls. We were able to quickly upgrade our existing phone system virtually so we could use the available app on our phones, or website on our computers while we worked from home. The new system allowed us to mimic the set up of our old system, including the IVR, hold queue, call forwarding after/ simultaneous ringing withe our desk phones (which is great for our Estimators who work both in the office and out on the field), and so much more. Lonnie, Albert and the team are very responsive to my many email requests. They also have live support if you want to call in with little to no wait time, which is always a big plus these days in my opinion! These guys have been great and I highly suggest giving them a chance to assist with your business needs.

LANgineers has beed awesome! I've been interested in integrating VOIP for our FASTSIGNS location for a few years now. Major patiently brought me up to speed, and provided all the info I needed to be able to make sound, informed decision. And talk about customer service! The support staff has been 5 Star getting us up and running, and the switch was made so fast, we didn't miss one call! August 29, 2021I was inquiring about an income opportunity with, or for, LANgineers, and though I was a complete stranger to them, and they to me, I was treated like an honored guest, I received a call back in less than an hour by a friendly knowledgeable smiling person who did more than I expected. I quickly surmised that they know how to treat people well. I like companies that go out of their way to exceed expectations, I'm confident they do that for their customers too.
